At Receipt Converter Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@receiptconverter.shop.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply to first-time and recurring subscription charges. They do not apply to usage overages or third-party fees. If you have used a significant portion of your plan during the refund window, we may prorate the refund at our discretion.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
